Membership Resignation Request

There are many reasons why you may need to resign your membership but before taking that fi nal step, please contact our Membership Department at 212.596.1240 or membership@princetonclub.com to learn about reinstating your account at a later date.

To resign your membership:
1.    Your account balance must be paid in full. This includes payment of any outstanding annual dues*, assessments and house charges.
2.    A valid credit card must be on file.
3.    Fill out the below form and return your membership card to the PCNY Membership Department at 15 West 43rd Street, New York, NY 10036

* Membership dues, assessment and initiation fee are nonrefundable. Membership is non-transferrable. Membership automatically renews on July 1 for 12 months unless this form is received prior to the June 1.

END OF FISCAL YEAR: I wish to resign my membership at the end of this membership year. I will retain signing privileges and member benefits through June 30 of the current fiscal year. A valid credit card is on file. Any open charges will be paid in full by June 30. IMMEDIATE: I wish to resign my membership and all signing privileges at the end of this month. I understand immediate resignation does not relieve me of my annual dues obligation for the current membership period (July 1 - June 30) and that outstanding dues, assessment and house charges must be paid before my resignation can be processed. Immediate resignation will relieve me of any future quarterly minimums, gym and locker fees
